My sign in fails now. Do you think I can still get an RFE? I did not know when the AVR said any thing like that since the last time when I spoke to a live person she said that they recieved the papers and are in review. After that I stopped calling them. Then there was a long waiting time and finally now my sign in fails.

But we did not get any email if our case is trensffered to India. No...
