Hi, My wife has her interview May she has already gotten her shots last week. The doctor told her she needs to come back for booster shots, and wants her to come back in mid june. If everything goes well she will have her visa end of MAY, my question is this, does she need to wait and take the booster shots or can you come to the u.s and take them here. She is coming on a spouse visa k-3 i believe, from India.

Hey I sent in a I-130 petition today but I forgot to write the names on the back of my passport photo and for my wife. I did however have them separately placed in sandwich bags with the names written on the bags with a permanent marker. Do you think I will be ok or will they reject it?

Hi was wondering, I went to india and got married, I have a marriage certificate. but i want to use K1 visa and bring my spouse over on a finance visa, can i still do that? Do they check if im married in India? let me know.
