My USc wife of 4yrs is refusing to attend the interview with me,What options do i have,do i still attend alone with my attorney and our two kids?

Hi,my question is i no longer have the original copy of my 1-94,but still have the duplicate copy.My interview is in 4weeks,will the duplicate copy be a problem?

Please any help with this question?I logged on to my account status and noticed that the circles on USCIS website that indicates the stage were one's application is remains initial review,but the next step on mine is decision.i am confused cause it skipped RFE,Interview and testing all the way to decision.Am still waiting for EAD in the mail,cause i already did my biometrics.Please advise.Does this indicate that i may not have an interview?we have been married for 3yrs with two daughters.Thanks

My biometrics appointment letter was for both i-485 and i-765.

Both case numbers and barcodes were on the letter.

Only one appointment

the RFE requested,was it include in your initial package sent or you forgot to include,just asking because i only included photocopy of my 1.94/visa page?

hi just curious about updates on the website.how do you know when your application has been touched in your portfolio,mine only shows the last updated date?Is it supposed to say "Touched"and EAD orderd.Thanks

After that denial, did you receive anything else in the mail from USCIS?Let's say a letter stating that you have 30 days to leave?

If NOT, go ahead and prepare/file the rest of the forms I-765, I-485...Don't file I-131 Advance parole, it will be useless in your case. If I were you, I would've filed everything concurrently. Anyway, DO NOT leave US until you get your Green Card. You have very good chances to get approved if you marriage is legit and file everything correctly. Good luck!
