    Just got a phone call from Jennifer in DC...I love to hear the voices of angels! Anyway, it seems as if she has been able to do in 4 days what CSC has not been able to accomplish in 74 days! Her contact at CSC told her that my case is now complete and being sent to NVC sometime today...My God given angel--Jennifer stated she would stay with me until she was sure that NVC had received my case. Truly, ALL praise goes to God above for his attention, mercy, and unmerited favour...May o...

    Documents received for children...now to move children to UK....Also soliciting the assistance from the USCIS headquarters in Washington, DC...so nice and even asked me if it was ok if they woke me up with a middle of night phone call since I'm in CA...praying God's will and intervention....ALL praise goes to Him

    5 months of processing and emotional hell is finally all over - I got my passport back this morning, visa inserted and I can now leave the country any time I want - am beside myself with joy. Thank you to everyone for their advice and support during my journey :)

    Wednesday, August 18, 2010! This is the story, the final story, mystery solved! USCIS sent me an RFE in late June. By July 1 we were approved! USCIS neglected to note the corrections made in my case before sending my case to NVC. NVC noticed the missing part C and sent it back to USCIS...now USCIS states that it will take up to 30 days beginning August 19 to correct things and get it all moving forward again...God just has to be in control...

      Yeahh...what a rush!!! No more calls to USCIS and NVC. Senator's office promised to email Kiev embassy to expedite my interview date. Thanks for your support. Maybe one day we'll have a double date. Drinks are on me ;)

      Hi, Vermont Service Center received my duplicate petition last week on Friday, but I haven't heard from them ever since. I have been told it could take up to 30 days to process it. How are the things with you?

    It's more then a month since the approval, but NVC still didn't receive my petiton

      I have it ready. Today I received signed forms from my fiancee, so tomorrow my new petition is on it's way to USCIS. Hopefully I don't have to wait long to be processed.
