      Hi, Vermont Service Center received my duplicate petition last week on Friday, but I haven't heard from them ever since. I have been told it could take up to 30 days to process it. How are the things with you?

      I have so many service requests into CSC that my service requests have service requests...as of today...I have been told that I should have a response by August 19th....
