i am F1 student who is the dv lottery 2011 winner. I just received the letter May 1st Now what should i do. no work, no overstay and my F1 visa will expired on Jan 2011

Please can anyone tell the first step.

any one help to start do all this i don't exactly what i should send

should i send everything togather or i have to send some forms and after that they will tell me what i have to send

what does cut off date mean and what time best to send my package cause i know if there is not avilable visa it will be rejected
