What is the best number to call to check at the embassy?

Our interview was 9/7/10 and we are waiting in Cebu for the visa we have plane tickets for 9/18/10.

Air21 still says on the tracking that they do not have it from the Embassy.

I just bought Honolulu to Manila round trip for me to be there for the interview on the 7th the cost was $770, I tried to buy round trip starting

in Manila for her to Honolulu and it caost a lot more starting in Manila, so I bought her a one way on the same flight as me that cost $774 the

rest of the way to Alaska i just used my miles so the cost there was like maybe $5 each for two tickets.

So the cost of round trip tickets is diffrent depending on the start point Manila to Honolulu, or Honolulu to Manila, does that make sense?

The reason your case is not coming up is because you cannot check the status of a k1 thru the automated system. The automated system is for immigrant visas, and technically a k1 is a nonimmigrant visa. You need to talk with a live person. When you get thru, select 2, then 1, then 5 to speak with someone and they should be able to help you. Your case is probably already at the embassy. Good Luck!!

That was the info that worked. The email that i sent to USCIS did some good to now they updated the web access there to.

our K1 is still at the NVC I called the embassy to see if i could setup a interview date, they would not let me, said they

had it in there system now but have not received the hard copy yet, she said call back in two to four weeks, right, I will

be calling again on monday, had a problem trying to get a pin number from the embassy they did not like my credit card finaly

tried a check card that i had never used before and it worked.

Hmmmm, What does it say online? If you enter your case number in the 'check my status' section?

Online at USCIS it still says last touch was 5/6/10 (in review)

I dont know how to check NVC online, so i call (automated) and it says no record for that WAC number.

Can NVC be checked online like USCIS???

I have heard of quite a few folks like this...nothing on the web site, but all of sudden the NOA2 shows up. Are you sure it's not at the NVC??? Did you try the USCIS service number (although I hear its pretty worthless) BUT I think they can look up your case and tell you if its been forwarded to the NVC or not.

Yeah I keep calling NVC with our WAC number it says no record on file or something like that.

I tried to call USCIS today when i entered the WAC number it said not enough digits???

So i dont know where our I-129 is?

stuck in the middle I guess

I think they forget about some of us!!!! our NOA 1 is dated 5/5/10 last touch is still 5/6/10, but the thing is we got NOA2 in the mail

10 days ago, and we did sign up for the email updates never got a thing from them.

Our NOA2 is dated 7/16/10 almost 3 weeks and it is still not at NVC yet!!!!

So where do i call to see what is going on with this??? USCIS or NVC ????

I have bought from Cebu Pacific online for my lady a few times and had no problems,

I do have problems with Philippine Airlines they dont like my credit card even when it is me flying, there online purchessing

just will not take my card, so i have to go thru a online like Booking Buddy and pay almost twice the price.

Check Zest air they have good prices for travel in the Philippines, I have not used them yet but may soon.

I am sure that the mix of cars and beer kill more people every year then guns.

So if we get rid of the guns this year we can work on the cars and beer next year.

Maybe you could Honeymoon before the wedding then you can go where you want?
