  1. Why are you angry with me, I haven't accused you of anything, I have only pointed out what USCIS sees as red flags. Good luck moving forward.

I am not angry with you dear, He said to stop posting and I am doing as he asked, I know whatever they want us to prove we can prove it. I was only saying no one have children for those purpose or I would have a long time ago, I have been here a long time and I did not commit immigration fraud then and I am not about to do it now. My children and my freedom are way more IMPORTANT to me.

  2. ll those I know we have more together than we have apart and as for my child, I do not know if people go around having kids to prove immigration or relationship, but kids are expensive and no one needs extra responsibilty, I will take my hubby advise and stop posting on this site.

thank you for your replies and I know God will work it out because we have nothing to hide therefore I would not have let them know these things.

    oooo

  3. No, there are missing pieces to the conversation, they are telling her that they will not approval her children's visa until she ROC. There are some under-lying reasons that are not printed in the thread.

That is not what they are saying i will quote the letter,

    Dear,

we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your application for an immigrant or fiance visa. section 221g of the immigration and nationlity act prohibits a cousular officer from issuing a visa to an alien if the cousular officer has reason to believe that the alian is ineligible.

based on a review of your case at the embassy, new evidence provided, not previously available to USCIS, requires uscis to review. therefore, we are returning your petition to the bureau of citizenship and immigration services cis of the department of homeland security dhs for review and possible revocation. That is what the letter said. On top of that the childrens name were incorrectly spelt and my sons last name is missing. The address my daughter as Mr and the letter is as flat as I restate it.

They are not saying wait until I ROC they are saying that when I took them to there interview I presented evidence to them that USCIS did not have.

    These are the questions that was ask;

What does my husband do for a living. I told her.

How did I entered the US, To which I respond "work" because I came here for my then company.

Do I have 2010 W2 to which I thought I did but realize that i left it up here. I told her that I did and she said send it back with the kids passport.

She said do I have my drivers lincense and i told her that it expiers and that a new one was on its way to me. I ask her why is she asking for those things, and ahe said she is verifing relationship and address to which I respond to her, my husband and I have a child together and that I recently relocated to Fl for him to join us.

This is also my concern our daughter is not on the affidavit of support only his oldest child and she has a baby that he claim too, Does anyone know if that is the problem?

Right now i am just speculating so I will just wait to see if anyone has ever been through this can shed some light on the situation.

  4. When did you adjust your status in the states, also I would be concern that they are not trying to revok your GC aswell.

The children in Jamaica are only yours correct, your husband is not the father of them.

What is registered on the children's BC, do you have their legal father listed?

They are not my husbands children, I adjust status a little over a year, as for their BC their dad name is on it. I heard that they will red flag my case until I am going to remove condition

  5. Well we contacted a lawyer who thought the same thing, she is going to try and stop the case from returning by presenting our relationship evidence, plus we have a 9 month old daughter and he is the one who is paying all the bills here and a whole lot of other stuff.

The fact that only came here the end of last year and all my business that I do is in GA and all my bills that i owe are there. and we have a lot of bills together I have life insurance and health insurance, he is thr gaurantor on my student loan and it goes on and on.

  6. Yesterday i check the DHL wesite and it said awaitnig pickup, a member of my family went and to pick the papers up only to find out that my kids where G221 white slip saying that they found new evidence that was not presented :o at the interview, so the case will be sent back to uscis for review and possible revoke :crying: :crying: :crying: . My question is has anyone ever encounted anthing like this and what are the possible things that they could find that would in this visa refusal.:help:

  7. Because they can, it will all happen in time.

    :ot:

Are your children just coming to visit for the Easter week ? Will they then come back for good after school is out? Being that there is only a month and half before the summer break, have you thought about what this may do to their schooling.

No my children are CR2 and they will be immigrating for good, its just that we had a plan easter at my hubby mom in Chicago and we were hoping they would be here.

  8. So my hubby wrote them, about the hold up and someone provided me a number to call, I poke to a visa specialist and she said they are under admin processing, what does that mean? I am so frustrated and my hubby works at night and he is just mad  , I told him to call them and he said he have to wait too long to talk to them and on top of that he cant get the logic behind what they do, he said I have pateints to deal with them so I should and just let him know what they want. I am in tears :crying: , why would they put kids under admin processing?

  9. Unfortunately, there seems to be no rhyme or reason behind when they print the visas - some have gotten it in a few days, some it took a few months - did you try calling / emailing the embassy or DHL in Kingston?

Hey sus, I think they should put a system in place where we can call and find out, you know like info pass, its really madness they are going on with. My hubby sent them an email last night asking whats the hold up, we have not received anything back yet.

  10. Well I sent my RFE to the Jamaica Embassy on the 31, they took my kids passport and told the person who I sent it with to go pay DHL. She received an airway bill tracking number and I went on the DHL website and it says "Shipment picked up, shipment on hold" this is from Friday of last week. Does anyone knows if something is wrong  ? Why do they take so long to either print the visa or send the passport back to DHL. Does anyone knows if this is standered procedure for the embassy and Dhl? I want my kids here with us for Easter am very anxius to see them.:help:

  11. Hi, just curious why they requested DNA when you are not the petitioner?what is your visa category?i guess F1 or F2B? Well anyway you can petition her later as your stepdaughter if you will marry/or are married with her biological mother. No need to adopt her.

It has become the norm over the past few years by immigration if the children are following to join with their biologiacl, if the father is the benificeary or if the father is petitioning for them to prove relationship between the children and the father. A mother cannot get a child that is not theirs only in baby theft, but fathers often father children that are not theirs because the mother was with two partner at once and the child was given to the wrong father. It they allow this to happen many people could take a child here and say its his and its not. This is the reason they are now doing it.

  12. hi all....just wanted to come by and say that i had my blue slipped interview and i was

the entire VJ community for keeping me sane through the whole thing.

Wooooooooooo, Welcome to the US wish you nuff success long life and happyness.

  13. That is ok and thanks or any help. Well my husband is here already and her granddad was going to take her so I was wondering what that was going to be like.

would he have to do DNA if he is on the Birth Cert?

They have been asking for it a lot lately even if he is on the BC but if the child was born in wedlock they might not. They will not ask her grandad any question just make sure you fax them a copy of the dad GC and this year tax info

  14. Hi JQ I have a question when your stepdaughter went for the interview what type of questions were asked?

    Hello there,

I know you did not ask me the question, but I might be able to answer you on this, if its at the Jamaica councilate and the child is under age 15 they do not ask any question to them, if its the petitioner who takes him/her they will ask for proof of relationship between the child and also the spouse and any other random questions they feel like asking. if its the other parent and this person is a green card holder they will ask for a copy of the GC and license for address verification and the relationship question, they are also going on real bad about DNA and other stuff. I know these things because my hubby file for my kids and I went down there two weeks ago and I was question about these things but because my kids are under age they didn't ask them any questions. If its here they your stepchild is at I do not know anything about that.

Good luck and am sorry to but in.
