Hello good day to my fellow VJs here...after a long time of waiting i thought we got an approval but we got an RFE...we sent already what they need..and they received last October 15...does anyone here had idea on how many days or months do we still have to wait to have the precious NOA2?...i cant help myself to be frustrated sometimes...i quit my job just to wait this petition thing..but it seems it took so long....hope to hear you guys...more power and god bless us all

USCIS may not have realised they didn't meet within the last two years. The "meeting in person in the last two years" requirement is pretty absolute, I only know two cases where it was waived. They will need to meet and start again- having met AFTER the petition was filed does not count.

I got a 221g form and they did not asked more documents and i have a visa after 7 days of my interview. Its very confusing why they refused the petition? Is it all about not meeting in person in 2 years prior to the requirements?If yes,she will in big trouble! They should meet in person again and provide an evidence of meeting and apply again! Maybe this is the best way they can do.

really? but after the issuance of your 221g, did they returned passport?yes that was her waiver...221g of not meting in person for the past 2yers prior they filed...so what if her F will be here, then can they re-schedule her interview?

Hi...in behalf of my friend i just want to share the result of her interview ..She was having an interview last Oct.11 under K1 and her visa was said refused and and the consul issued waiver to her saying " 221g for not meting in person for the past 2 yrs prior they filed the petition",the question was, Why the service center never issued RFE to them? and why the embassy did that?..she just confused and she ask an advise now. She just let me post it here on her behalf...any advise here ?thank you so much

Did the embassy gave her a 221g form? I never read here that they deny a k1 visa instead asking more papers. Did they gave back the passport to her? I felt sorry for her.

it says on the form that they did not have past the number of evidence.. We juz dnt get it coz if they didnt submit the required evidence then why did the service center not send them rfe or why did they get the approval?

EdwardClement, if you look at Igors list, it seems as if RFE's can be issued and NOA2's sent as soon as 2 weeks after the RFE. I'm sure it depends on how long it takes for you to respond. Hoping for the best for you and yours.

for 196 days of waiting, the just issued and RFE...

The mean tier 2 rep that I got the last two times sucked. I'll try again tomorrow. I think I'll keep calling and asking for a tier 2 that will put it a service request.

Although I must say VSC processing 10 on one day is pretty impressive. There's some hope.

And some of the filers got approved 9/26 most of them were line of 20's, and why they were not issued before that filing date?why they dont give info on the mid filers for that month? what are the rules of getting approved? i guess they will start the last week of the month going to the first week? hahahha....i don't really understand their steps of getting approval...i was thinking that they will give info from first come first serve...

Count on me guys..so so so frustrating and so sad for all of us waiting for so long then after the long wait they will send RFE...its unfair...

So sad ..For 6 mos waiting this is what we got today request for evidence(RFE).My fiance got phone message from USCIS for RFE and he tried to phone to asked them what they request for evidence,but they dont answer they just said to wait on the mail...frustrating.

Sorry to hear it ...we are now worried about us also its been 6mos + still nothing...they are not working their job right...and why others they got approve with less than 6mos?is it fair to us?i dont understand their steps now....

hello correct me if i am wrong guys.....but the uscis received the following I-129f on the 15th day of March..EAC1290646501 up to EAC1290646508...who among u here have this receipt# i am one of this #s guys...

Just got off the phone from my fiance,and it was so frustrating guys...he was so angry with the staff there in uscis, and he was just expressing how bad he felt the processing...he was told by a lady who answered his calls and saying that we are March filer and right now they are still doing the Feb filers specifically Feb.27..so she advised us to wait another month to get another feedback? wow..what a hell they are doing .... :bonk: :(

How is it possible that a petition received after mine was approved before me at the SAME service center???? I called the USCIS today and nobody could tell me why they are clearing Mar 23 and Mar 28 filers but not Mar 20 filers. I know some petitions are expedited but this is NOT the case. She said, "You are still within the normal processing time so there's nothing I can do. Perhaps you should write the service center. I don't know why they are processing out of date order." Occupy VSC!!! Who's with me???? :-)
