      Hopefully they fixed that. We had an online account as well. They only said they were processing it. They said NOA1 but never said anything afterwards. We did get our NOA2, then it was sent to the NVC, then embassy and still was NEVER updated.... lol :) I called them 3-9-2012 and they said they were havig problems...
