    Called them USEM in Dallas to make an appointment. they said that they saw the payment from BPI and was just waiting for an electronic file or our MNL updated. They will call me back to set up an appointment.

      I am happy that you already got interview scheduled:))) We are same time for NVC got our packet but still wait when Embassy will contact me, maybe it is depends from Embassy some of them faster, you are lucky heee hope hear from Ankara Embassy soon.
