im not sure..i do not know how the new system works now.Last nov, my frend prettyrick wasnt able to schedule appointment until the physical file was received by Manila usem,eventhough their file was already entered electronically in the system..
called them today to make an appointment. they said they saw that we paid the fee and was just waiting for an electronic file or our MNL updated. once it is they will call me back to set up an appointment.
