Hi Steve been busy at my New Job,in your NOA2 it States All requirement you have to Bring in the Interview date, Mostly it is the Embassy gives the time & date of Interview, but somehow if you can't on that day , you can come to he Embassy to set the time of Interview, Good Luck Guys.
