  1. Good luck. I might suggest if possible your fiancee request and acquire a police certificate from SA before leaving there. I don't know how long it takes once she is back in RP. My fiancee had to get one from Japan and it took about a month, could have taken 3. Again good luck.

I really appreciate that, a month to three months is a long time.....great advise, Ill make sure of it.

  2. Hello,

I just found this forum a day ago, and Im trully amazed at some of the info I have been reading. It is selfless to share this hard fought for information, and I appreciate it as will my soon to be fiance Esme, that said I am encouraged by this forum. Let me tell you our story, I met Esme through my sister in law, they are cousins from a very nice middle class family in the Phillipines. We started speaking, and chatting over the internet a couple of months ago, she is currently working abroad in Saudi Arabia, so it has been kinda difficult, but I feel I have found true love. Esme is very responsible working abroad to help her family thrive, and I have great respect for her. She will be going home soon due to a family illness, so that she can help. I will be going to meet her face to face in the Phillipines in late June, or middle of July, and I will ask her mother if I can have her daughters hand. Esme and I have exchanged photo's and video conferance already, and professed our love although in an innocent fashion like in the 1950's, she is very modest, and very beautifull. Esme and I share alot of things in common such as we love Japanese food, fruits, and veggies, we both love to dance and we make all our decisions based on prayer to the Lord God. Esme has never been married, she couldnt find a man that she loved, I have been married, and know the value of a FAITHFULL woman even though Ive never had one till now. We are about to embark upon this journey, and I want to share our experiances with all of you, I will study the informational material as you have all provided, and will have questions no doubt about it. Thank you for any help in the future, and feel free to share any advice that you may have for us espeacially if you have experiance with filing for a Phillipino spouse.

    Sincerely

    Rick
