My hunny arrived on August 28th and I got really sick from Gall Bladder Stone LOL. Didnt even make it to the airport to pick him up after everything we have been through to get to that point which was disappointing for me. All better now. Will post interview comments soon.

Our visa was approved by 10 am. If you have an interview pending read the interviews on the Santo Domingo forum...they are dead on. If you know what to expect things will be smooth. Life's great...will have visa in had shortly and my fiance will arrive in US soon. Will write review shortly.

My fiance was devistated when he saw that, but I knew it had to be a mistake. Our lives are basically at the mercy of the embassy...stay on point people they do mess up!!!! and if things done feel right investigate!

Had we left it there that would be the end of it for us...but I called the embassy and $7 later they are reisuing the packet, AGAIN...on August 5, now 8 days from our appointment. This happen to anyone else?

My boyfriend went to get our packet yesterday at the Dominican Embassy...with 10 days to go before our appointment. We got a cover letter that said...

Call Dept of State in DC. Call them every week til you get your appointment date.

Did you get the packet???? read the document check list so you know what you need. My appointment is August 13th not sure what's up with the 6 am appointment, I guess we wont sleep the night before LOL. Congrats!

My appointment is August 13th...you just got the packet yesterday? We are still waiting as well and have received nothing. This is nerve racking. Was there alot to fill out? We seem to be in the same boat.

call DOS...i called today and got my august 13th date.

Hi...the waiting game is not fun at all, but you have this website that will help get the information you need and I think that helps all of us. I have my NOA 2 and case # just waiting for an interview. Once the NOA2 comes its pretty quick from there I hear, so sit back and relax. You'll be done soon.

Hey guys...I put in my 129F in February and got the NOA2 in May...still waiting for the date. The number at the Department of State is the best way to go to check status because its free. Calling the DR embassy will cost you $8 a call and DOS will give you the same information. I'm still waiting for a date for the appointment too. Good luck guys...This website has been so wonderful on getting information. I wish you guys the best!
