My fiance just got here with me. She has been here for 3 days now. She just came from her family in Phil then stopped by two different families before coming here.

I was wondering if anyone has any tips for getting over the homesickness.

GG just arrived yesterday to the usa on 11-11-11. They told us our 90 day date is Feb 8th even though it should be Feb 9th? Anyways what I want to know is do we turn something in at the 90 days? If so, what? or Do we only have to be married by the 90 days?

Also I know this is nearly the same question but if we have something to turn in Does it have to be turned in by the 90 days or only have to be married on a date before the 90 days?

We're getting married on Feb 4th. What I'm trying to get figured out is if that is enough time before our 90 days of the 8th.

What happens at the point of the 90 days? I mean what do we need to do?

Personally I think there might be some misunderstanding between my fiance and the cfo but apparently there is a document that I can get from the Missouri Dept of Health. I'm get it and hope that it works. Hopefully they will take a photocopy of it. I figure even if they are telling my fiance wrong one document won't hold us back any longer. Not sure why she went to the CFO before the interview though.

My fiance went to some seminar and they are telling her that she needs a CENOMAR for me(the USC) too. Is this true? I thought it was only for the citizen of Philippines.

GG passed her medical and now just has her interview left on the 20th. Oh and plane ticket since she spent nearly all of her money. >.<

Will having the flu or a cold give someone trouble passing the medical?

We got our interview scheduled for GG. It is on Oct 20th. I'm hoping we can get it moved up once the medical is done. That is as soon as she would let us schedule it. I don't know if it is possible but once she is done with the medical I'm going to call and ask if she can do it sooner.

Your wife needs either a green card (successful adjustment of her status) or an EAD to work. She needs at least one of them to legally work. There are no exceptions.

Once you are married, she files for the AOS. She can also file for the EAD. Once she gets one of these documents, she can legally work.

I'm hearing that you can work once you have the Green Card without the EAD is this correct? If so how long does this take?

25. Name and Telephone Numbers of Person in U.S. Who You Will Be Staying With or Visiting for Tourism or Business - This is for a K1 do I fill this in or leave it blank?

26. How Long Do You Intend To Stay in The U.S.? - How should this question be answered?

Yea it's been a long wait but we finally did it to get back in line. hehe Now gg had to renew her work contract too so now she will be paying $800 when she leaves. Too bad for the rfe or she wouldn't have to pay that. but............. WHO CARES haha just thankful to be approved I would gladly pay double just to have her here with me. On to the next step......
