      It would help if u will write them a formal letter stating your concern so they will take the case seriously.You are losing a lot of time by just waiting when u can just refile evrything.Thats what i think.Hang in there.

      You can submit a copy of marriage cert but u can get RFE for the certified copy,So we send in the certified copy just to make sure.Do u have tracking number for your packet?

      nope,they were saying I485 wasnt filed.although we filed it together.When they sent the packet back,they took our certified copy of marriage cert,and his photos.Grrr!
