Yeah I have so things to complete before I leave my country!!why did you apply for k-3 visa?its more convenient if you apply for CR-1 visa for your spouse!both k-3 and CR-1 take about same time now-a-days infact CR-1 is faster than K-3 visa

still there are some pending cases from last year so we have to wait.if they will face any trouble they might ask for interview of my petitioner.and finally we were supposed to call on monday but before that we got our approval.hope you will get your one soon.but please call them.its really important to know whats actually going on in your case.best of luck and hope you will get your one soon

Thanks..Yeah we called several times in USCIS.first time we called after 2 months.and customer rep. said you will be notified after 90 days period of time.then we called after 90 days and they told us if you have any concern about your case then you can go for infopass.my husband went for infopass but that actually didnt work.they said they dont know anything still there are s...

thats true in a sense cause local office doesnt have any knowledge regarding the case.you can call them to know about the fact.and try to talk to an immigration officer not with the cutomer rep. by saying "I JUST GOT DC I WAS talking to an immigration officer" hope it will work.

Nope for me no updates..But i think you should go for infopass because 5 months is an average time..so i think you should wait for another week and then contact with USCIS.its the high time to go for any action if you will hear anything from USCIS update me.best of luck
