Case was received Apr 3rd.. GC should be received by June 2nd.

I hope more people get their approvals soon. .... check the status.

I filled an inquiry back in Jan 06. Got reply today saying:

Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner. We regret any inconvenience that results from delays in processing.

I did an early walk in today but was told they can't take her biometrics this early since the appointment is in May. Oh well...worth a try.

03.30.14 [Day 01]: Received by USCIS National Benefit Center.. Priority date 03/30/14 for Forms ( I130,I765,I131I485.)

04.06.14 [Day 07]: Text message and Emails Received USCIs

04.14.14 [Day 15 ]: NOA or RECEIPTS for all 4 Forms.

04.17.14 [Day 18]: BIOMETRICS appoint NOTICE RECIVE for 05/05/14 11am

05.05.14 : Biometric appointment schedule

04.18.14 [Day 19]: Early walk in Biometrics done.

I need to know if doing the walk in on 04/18/14 will speed up process and help my i765 process time .

i have not not seen a change on the website uscis.gov yet as of today april 24 using my receipt number i will keep you posted .

My local office webpage says visits are only by appointments or for INFOPASS. Can I still do the early walk-in? If so, is there any instructions you recommend for us?

Receive date 4/4, SMS Date 4/15 at 8PM. I received three SMS one for AOS, EAD and AP. No NOA1 yet.

I sent my file too but using USPS Priority Mail w/o return service or delivery/signature required. It was delivered 4/4 but no NOA1 or Text msg yet. Do you guys think i should be worried?

We received out Packet 4 from the Montreal Embassy last week and I logged on to the web site to schedule an Interview appointment, just to be surprised that the most recent available dates are in MARCH?!!?!

Why is it that long, and can I contact the Embassy for a more recent date?

Here is my experience: I had to renew my passport since I've already extended it once, so I had to go to NY for my fingerprints. I need the passport before the 30 of April because that's when I'm going home. Well I think the consulate sent my paperwork to Morocco on the 5th and they said it could take up to 3 weeks for the passport to return.

Bottom line, I have no way of making sure the passport will get here on time. I checked the passport website and it says it's in the first phase out of three total. The website is: www.passeport.ma
