Hello everyone i am new here, i need help to a troubling question. I have been a citizen for over 1 year and have been divorce for 2months now, i have been dating my son's mother which she also needs to file to adjust her status. I am concern if it is too soon to get married and file for her since it has been 1yr since i got my citizenship and also since i got it from my first marriage i am kinda worried if i would get into problems please help with any advice.

she is illegal, has been here for 8yrs, i think she came on a vistiors visa!
