Approval Notice received July 14th

  I did get my notice in the mail on the 14th. I called the number on the form. I went through automated for change of address. Then a very nice lady answered me and ask me if i needed to change address I told her i just need information and she very gladly answered me.

  Yes I did, I called NVC with the case number and they told me what day my package was shipped out, then I tracked it in DHL to find out where it is

Last Friday the 9th, I got an email saying they fixed the NOA2, and sent the ammended document on the 7th, Still don't have it, Got another email saying all my stuff was sent to NVC, still no letters-do people get notification documents from NVC?
