VJ ADMIN and those who has done in this Journey CALL ATTENTION: I have question. I need some help about my concern. I got noa1 june 8, 2010 NVC filers- how long should i wait? how many months before they release my NOA2? wheres my papers now? is it in NVC or USCIS? thanks

  Juse 8th NOA 1 you should receive NOA 2 sometime in September, maybe before but DO NOT count on it expect to wait 90 days or more. If you get it sooner than consider yourself blessed. You petition is currently at USCIS and will be there a WHILE. You call call USCIS every day if you wish they will tell you that you are within normal processing time. ONLY after your NOA2 does you petition go tto NVC. Godd journey my friend. Settle in for a few months
