You call again It is answering machine for the first time,but remain in the line ,after that you will haer , the word, to speak to Our customer representatives stay on the line, just wait & they will answer your call shortly,It is a Gov't Phone Access phone Service , it is definitely answering machine, becuse Customer Service handling millions call, if you heard music, it means your call is waiting , for them to answer , wait patiently & you will get through. I got 5 touches after GC Approved, Initial review after transfer then touches the Next day, then July 17 ,August 12, 14 & 15, Post Decission Activity then Card Production then next morning back to post dicission activity then August 25, then another one on 27 & this Sept.14 Card/document Production again hopefully the last one, I should have it by now but the reason its' been Mess up , when i informed USCIS Online Last August 12 ,my Changed of address Online, Just need to wait P...

Hi Claire I recieved 3 times update since 25-27,this Month. My first update is Card/Document production Ordered.then they said they mailed the Card production noticed, and another update today. hope will get you updated too.
