the link u gave me provided me a lot of information. i still have few questions.

we filed for AOS , and in few days i have interview for green card. It is going to almost a year since we were married and i came here almost 6 months after the wedding.

according the link i cam still file for permanent resident ship if he does extreme qruelty. so my qoestion is how i m going to prove that cruelty ??? shalll i take pictures when anything like that will happen ???? how???

hello everyone

i came here in USA from India by k3 visa . Everything was going good. i got my work permit , i got my social security number. but since few day me ans my husband having serious argument over everything, which is going pretty bad. now i m worried what is going to happen next. i wanna go back to my parents for few days, but i don't want to leave him forever. i dont know what to do .

if he will stop supporting me anymore , then is it possible that I'll get my green card??????????? can i stay here in America without his support or not????

if there any law which will in the favor of foreign spouse??? or all the laws here support American citizen only ???

if i go to india then would it be possible for me to come back?????

please reply me any one ....... please .....
