    Waiting for review of the packages...says 6-8 weeks. Been a week since it has been inputted into the system

      It says "The NVC received your documents on ____________. Please allow 6-8 weeks from this date for the NVC to review your documentation and notify you of the outcome of the review"

      I was just bored today and decided to check to see if my IV bill has been invoiced and to my surprise it was. So just paid it right now. You should check yours as well to see if its available.

      Mine shows paid now. BUt waiting for a document from wife caz she changed her name. So had her write a affidavit saying she is the same person. So will send the AOS package next week. Will let you know if i get IV fee bill. keep me updated as well.

    i called nvc but they said... they have our case but they dont have it yet in their system..she said we have to wait 6-8 weeks...:(:(

      Yes i hope we hear something soon. I just called USCIS and they said the same "call back after 5months are up" And that the 5 month processing time is just an estimate and could take longer. Now i am worried and dont know what will happen.

      yup it is ridiculous. But cant help it anymore. Its like they are teasing us all. At one point they were approving 15-20 and now this week only 2. Guess there is more waiting time left for us. Its going to be 4 months for me on August 2nd. I was hoping to get the approval before the 4 months mark but guess not. Hopefully before the 5 months mark

      lets hope so. I have my doubts now. Even if we get the approval, NVC is lagging so we have more wait time in the future.

      I hope for the best for you but remember we have the Pcc issue which could take 2 weeks at the minimum. Hopefully u have everything else ready.

      It should come this week. I have the feeling that March 11 and 12 will be seeing their approval in mail this week. Check ur mail on Thursday :)
