    You can't give up yet!!!! When it has been 17 months then go ahead and give up...for 5 minutes then keep going. The fiancee visa would've cost you oodles more and then you would;ve had to adjust her status once she got here and other blah blah blahs. If I haven't given up (while waiting for a 3rd NOA1) then you can't.
