I filed a service request on April 9th. They told me that they will contact me by April 23rd.

I received a phone call yesterday afternoon (23rd) from an agent stating that I was approved!

They also sent me an email that states

The status of this service request is:

USCIS records indicate that your I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence was approved on April 9, 2013.

Your card is currently in production. You will receive your card in the mail within 45 days.

I moved a month after filing the removal conditions. I did a change of address and received a letter confirming the change. When I spoke to the agent, she asked to confirm my address. I think they mailed my card to the wrong address. My case status on the uscis.gov website still says "initial review" and has not updated since 7/25/12.

I called and filed an inquiry today... They said they will contact me before April 24th.

Ok.. quick question. What does it mean "touched"? how do you know if your file has been touched :-/

Login to the USCIS website and see if the date has been updated on your case. The members here call that a "touch". Supposedly they looked at or updated your file.

Sounds like you were approved! Congrats! Mine still says "Initial Review."

My Bio Date is 8/30. Can some please update for me.

I sent my I-751 package on July 23rd to California.

NOA1 date is July 24th.

No Biometrics letter yet.
