I received a letter telling me to bring the DS 156 the DS 156K and the DS 157 now im told the DS 160 has replaced them all, we have our K1 interview on the 28th of this month. can anyone tell me anything about this.

She has already taken the CFO last week, we will only need to return for the stamp

My fiance's appointment in manila is June 28th at 7 am. i will attend with her and i hope she can return to the US with me after the visa is approved. i noticed that if i want to pick the visa up from the embassy i have to fill out a request letter, can anyone give me an example of what is in this letter or how it should be formatted.

I have two Dwi convictions in Texas, one in Oct 2009 and one in Nov 2009, the first was in my car, the second was in a boat, both were class b misdemeanor and no jail time, i recivied 1 yr probation for the 1st and only a $700 fine on the second, my probation is over now and i am staying out of trouble,I have never been in trouble before in my life, it was just a rough couple of months then, I filed for a K1 for my fiance (Philippines) on Feb 10th 2010 after traviling there 3 times to see her, we have all the proof we need for the relationship, i am just worried about the Dwi's. does anyone know if this will affect our visa, she already knows about them and understands i have changed my ways, i totaly quit drinking, I just want to get her here and i dont want this to be a factor. any comments would be helpful. thanks
