If she's in healthcare, though, it might actually be easier for her to go to Signapore, apply for citizenship there after some time, after having a residency/work permit.

I wonder what need to be done for South Korean to have the right to travel to USA and also to live in USA.

Initially it will be only to visit? So I believe visa of some kind is required and so i'm wonder how long does it take and what is the process to be able to travel to USA?

And then if a person from South Korea wants to live permanently in USA, with what Visa can that happen?

Especially if they have no chance to secure marriage so no marriage or fiance visa so what is the amount of time it takes for this person to be able to come to USA and live? Is financial sponsorship required? This woman who want to come is working in healthcare and has a child under 13 year old so she has a work but the child will be another visa? They will stay with a old man in USA who will provide her home to stay until he pass away by then she will be secure in the home but I am not sure what to do as it is just in the beginning but this is very important and i hope for any kind of information?
