    Hi. I hadn't filed my 2009 return when all the docs were sent in so I sent it with my 2008 return. I did not make enough money in 2008 so I sent my husband the 2009 to personally hand in at the interview. As long as you originally sent in the 2009 and you meet the guidelines, you should be fine.

    i see we have very similar timelines and our husbands interviews are the same day. where do you live in florida, i'm in lauderhill.
