      Ben, did they only want to see the most recent tax transcripts, or did you bring your tax transcripts for the past two years? My husband already has a bajillion photos or our daughter, a copy of her birth certificate, and a copy of her passport and visa page and immigration stamps.

      November 14th. I'm worrying so much that I'm sick while my husband is as calm as a cucumber. He is so faithful. Why is everyone being told to come back for a second interview?

      Thanks! We can't wait. What kind of information did you guys show for evidence coming from the beneficiary side? We have a few letters and e-mails sent from my husband to me, but no evidence that he has called me! I did most of the calling. Also, we've spent 10 months together with lots of pictures and passport stamps to prove that. Do you think that is enough evidence?

      No, we were told our case was completed last September 2010. In August (2011) we received another letter stating that we had an error on the affidavit of support form and that we were being taken out of our position in line until we corrected that form. So, after waiting 11 months for an interview, they tell us this information and we have to start all the way at the bottom again. I feel like I'm having a nervous break down. I've hired a lawyer, I've talked to my senator...nothin...

      :-) I didn't! I'm still waiting to find out. I was just wishing out loud that Accra would give us some..any information as to when to expect my husband's interview. Our case was completed last September! I think the average wait is about 2 years, so I'm just praying we get word soon.

    Missing My Husband!!!!!!!!

      I feel your pain...I just left Ghana last month and know I probably won't get to see my husband until next year. One month of separation has been so difficult on us...I don't know how I'm going to deal with several months...especially since our baby is due soon. I'll keep praying that our husbands can join us soon.
