Yes Wanda ! I am going to write up another report and post it in the forum. I realized that I didn't include anything about the questions in my consulate review. Look for my post tonight :) Good Luck !

  7. Hey, thanks for the comment on my wall. You asked where my packet was processed. We went through the Cali. servicing center. Good luck !

  8. I don't know why but it seems like the Cuba I-129F's get processed a little faster but then take forever in Havana to get an interview. If you look at the timelines for Cuba that seems to be the trend. Good luck ! I hope your NOA2 comes just as fast as mine !

  9. Thanks for the comment ! We're so excited ! I can't believe we were approved so fast. Good luck with the rest of your journey as well !

Congrats!! I got my NOA2 in 75 days and I agree that it has more to do with Cuba than anything else. I met with my lawyer today and he agreed. If only the interviews could move as quickly. :(

Did your lawyer give you a reason for why the Cuba NOA2s move so quickly ? I'm just curious. Maybe they know that it takes so long once the packet reaches Havana that they process them quicker.

Sorry it took me so long to respond...still trying to learn how to navigate VJ. My lawyer said that maybe they anticipate the long wait time for interviews and try to move the approvals more quickly to balance the timing. His other thought...POLITICS. I got my interview date moved up from Dec. to Sept.!!!!

  12. My I-129F arrived at Dallas today...can't wait for NOA 1

  14. Thank you for your help ! We are going back and forth between the F-1 and the C1. It seems like the F1 is faster and less expensive. But the C1 allows him to work right away. Why did you think the F1 was risky ? Also, we are trying to figure out carta blanca stuff...if you have any advice ! Thanks !

  15. Thanks for writing ! I'm in California and my boyfriend is also from Havana. I sent you a message. Best of luck for you and your Mom !
