    My fiance was approved for K1 visa!!!!! It's scheduled to be delivered 6/7! Yay!!!

    Thanks so much. My fiance was approved for the visa pending the medical. Since his case was expedited the interview ended up being scheduled the day before the medical. He's completed both. Everything should go well with the medical so he should have his visa by next week! Yay!!!

    Yes, this is correct. I submitted an expedite request based on an emergency medical situation and received an email from Immigration yesterday that the petition has been approved and approval notice sent to me. The email also stated everything was being forwarded to the National Visa Center. My fiance is from England and will be interviewed at the embassy in London.
