    My lawyer asked me to go through my daughter instead of appealing as my spouse is an AWA petitioner. I should have appealed instead because as I was admitted on a K3 visa, I can adjust only through my spouse. So now I am back in my country waiting for the outcomes of my visa applicant processing. My 130 petitioned by my daughter was approved.

    Congratulations! I am so happy for you. I made a mistake instead of appealing, my daughter repetitioned for me and now I am doing consular processing.Hope I will be back soon with my family.

    My daughter who is a Us citizen has filed an I 130 on my behalf. Can I adjust my status in US since I was admitted on a K3 visa.
