Hello, hope somebody can help me regarding this topic, i would like to ask under the K1 visa if i can use it to travel from California to mexico, Is it possible for me to travel to mexico using k1 visa or do i need anything. Coz my fiance have a vacation home in mexico and he residing in California please help .... Thanks a lot

I want to ask if it is ok to bring scan copies of all the documents from my fiance or do they need the original one of the birth certficate, divorce decree and others documents of my fiance to bring at my interview, coz my fiance send me the scan copies of his documents? Help me about this

My fiancee recieved a letter from the NVC last april 1 telling him that they will send me a packet. I am from the Philippines. Can somebody tell me how long would I wait before I receive the packet from them. thnxs a lot.

The Embassy no longer mails K1 Packets. The K1 Packet can be found at http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfk1en.pdf. Within approximately one month you should receive a letter from the Embassy instructing you to phone them to schedule your interview. Wait until you receive the letter and your case number in order to call for an appointment. If you do not receive the letter within one month, call the Embassy to see if they have received your petition.

I've heard someone got their NOA2 in 32 days. Did anyone else get theirs in the approximate time?
