    My wife's VISA was approved but she needed to send another NBI clearance to the embassy in Manila. This has been done. Does anyone know how long it will take now?

      Maybe that's the reason why she didn't have her visa in hand yet. BTW, why she needs NBI clearance still? Didn't she forwarded it to the NVC? How about a personal copy of her NBI?

      maybe the NBI copy is more than 6 months old.. that's what i'm thinking...
