    My fiance and I have enjoyed some time together after the happiness of the approval. It has been such joy to share the news with our friends and family. This weekend we will go to Boca Chica to spend some time at the beach with his young son. It´s SO nice to know we will not have to say goodbye!

      you pay the $140 and $15 at Banco Popular and the $210 the day of the cita plus Domex fee when you are approved. Get 2 seperate receipts for Banco Popular. and yes any Banco Popular but it may get frustrating because some branches don't know about it and they have to call another branch. Oh and pay the $210 in US Dollars at the consulate. and have some dollar bills for domex because those girls claim they don't have change.

      You won't get a packet. You can call the mexico line 2 weeks prior to your cita and they will put him on the schedule to go pick it up at the embassy. he will need the packet for the medical.

    2wks as of yesterday, and we are still waiting on our VISA!! ?? the Dominex ppl told us yesterday that the courier was sick and could not bring it until Friday???

      It took 15 days for ours which is NOT normal. It was due to a spelling error on the original Visa. The original was issued 3 days after the appointment but the seond was issued a week later and it was ready at Domex Santiago the next Wednesday.

      I called the mexico line 2 weeks before the cita and got an appointment for my SO to pick up the packet at window 27. She stayed with her older sister and went the next morning to get her medical done. Not sure why or what papers you had sent to the US.

      I asked about Santiago because there is a man there that goes everyday with people to the medical and to get packets at the embassy.
