I had submitted for an expedited service because I will be deploying to Afghanistan. It was approved yesterday and the case will be handled at the Embassy. I can only assume the interview will be very soon. She will get her medical exam ASAP.

Thank god I will have my baby here with me before I deploy. I was so worried.

I just called NVC last night to check on my case's status and it was forwarded to the Embassy. We are so excited. I have to forward all the documents she just sent me, back to her. :-D

Now the question is, how do I find out if the case packet makes it to the Embassy. The operator said it should arrive there mid week.

I think I finally found the payment portal. I don't have my IIN as of yet to sign in. :-(

This is where I am confused. Is there a portal to check online or do I just have to call and listen to the recording?

I sure hope I see something soon. :-(

Everything is ready to go, just waiting on paperwork to show up at the house.
