My Petition has been approved but my fiance will be moving back to the Philippines but her case will be processed in London since she was living there when I petitioned her. How can I transfer/forward her case to the US embassy in the Philippines? PLease help! Thanks

USCIS CASHED MY CHECK FOR MY K-1 VISA APPLICATION , DOES THIS MEAN IT WAS APPROVED?? AND READY TO PROCESS??

Here's my situation and questions...

1. My Fiance has a pending I-140 she applied for back in 2008 and the status is in the approval stage. But USCIS is still processing the 2002 applicants. (She was petitioned by an employer for work) Will this affect my petition for K-1?

2. My fiance is a filipino citizen and is currently in the United Kingdom (London). Does she have to go back to the Philippines now once I turn in my I-129f application? What requirements would she need to get from the UK gov't when she leaves the UK?
