OK...I received my letter for the oath ceremony in the mail yesterday... It will be held on 08/29/13.... oh the end is so near... please update... Thank you... feeling excited

On August 14, 2013, we scheduled you for your oath ceremony and sent a notice providing the date, time, and location. If you move prior to the scheduled ceremony, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Ok here goes... I had my interview today at the 26 federal plaza in newyork, had to be there for 0930 didn"t get called until 1015
, i had the sweetest interviewer ever, she was so pleasant i forgot for a minute that i was in an interview... even when she was asking me to lift my hand to tell the truth we were cracking jokes..... She then hurriedly went over my application form, then asked me to :1 read the sentence... How many senators do we have
2 write the sentence ...... we have 100 senators..... still cracking jokes while doing this....
then she asked me only three questions...1 what does the constitution do
2 what did the declaration independence do
3 we elect a us senator for how many years.... Then said congratulations you have been referred for approval interview itself was less that 10 minutes..... asked her what about the other three questions she said no need..... we sat there for about 5 more minutes after the interview chatting..... Best lady ever... told me i should get my oath letter in the mail within 45 days, it can be as long as 120, but don't worry i'll get it faster...lololol... please update ...Thanks guys

Received my NOA priority date is may 17th.... @ azure30 i was already added to the list of may filers.... originally sent package on 05/04/13 in Dallas TX, but had RFE for missing page so had to resubmit.... please update..... Thank you..... sent money order so don not have a cash date

Hey Guys!!!! Sorry for the late response but, i had an RFE for missing page.... never knew part 10 had all these questions, guess the printer got fed up and refused to print all of part 10 too
... Any ways i resubmitted on the 05/15/13... got an email on 05/ 21/13 that it was accepted...I sent a money order so don't have cashed date... will let you guys know what is the priority date... -

Hi all: Returning to the forum after approximately 18 months

Hello everyone, i am new here and i wish i knew this website when i started my journey too.
Like some members here, my package was received on may 02 2012. The bad thing is that i used post office money order instead of personal cheque, so i cant tell if they have cashed or not ( am mad now that i used money order, that was my friend advice who went thorugh the same process before).
My package was sent to VSC.
What i included on my package was:
*Money order $590 along with the form I751 signed by both.
*copies of utility bill showing both of our names
*Joint bank account statement
* copies of our credit cards and debit card showing our names on the same account.
*copies of our cars insurance showing same policy and car title showing both name sof ownership.
* copy of our lease.
*copy our child birth certificate
*affidavit letters from relatives and family friends
*Photos of family vacations, holiday dinners with relatives, and other events.
*copies of tax returs for 2010 n 2011.
I cant remember if there was any other stuff i sent but looks here people have sent more stuff and am worried. What do you all think about my evidence?, plus i thought cause we have a baby together that should be strong enough to convince them.
Now am waiting like anyone else and am wishing you all the best.
Did you send a copy of your GREEN CARD.. front and back?

Had my Oath ceremony yesterday....yay i'm officially an American Citizen.... Without you wonderful people here on VJ, I wouldn't have done it and for that i say THANK YOU.... such a relief to be finally over with this whole USCIS process.... To God be the glory, great things he has done...
