  1. did u have a medical examination in your country of origin?

    This is what I done:

I had my medical in Birmingham, UK.

I gave the sealed envelope at my interview in the UK.

When I was applying for AOS it asked for Vaccination supplement, I phoned the medical center in Birmingham, UK and asked them to send me a copy of everything in the brown envelope.

When I recieved it, I sent it in with the AOS forms, I did NOT fill in an I-693 form, I also phoned homeland security and asked them, they said if I sent the medical exmaination results with the vaccination suppliment that I had in the UK, then I didn't need to fill out the I-693.

Had my green card interview, no problems.

    Hope that helps

    Richard

  2. Interview experience:

We got called into the interview room wife, daughter and myself. He asked for our drivers licences and passports. He then asked me a bunch of questions, do I take drunks etc, no, no,no... He then asked how we met, where we are living, when was my first visit to the USA.

He then said what have you got for me, so I got everything out, handed him the wedding photos, and some other pictures of us together and with other members of the family. He asked for my wifes emlployment letter, and then for mine, I didn't have one as my EAD had only just come through, he then asked me what I had been doing with all this spare time on my hands, I told him. He asked my duaghter a few question, what do you think of him etc...

That was it, handed back the pictures and siad your approved, just have to wait for the background check to finish then the green card will be in the post about a week, he said...

We are all over the moon!!!!
