I included a few e-mails from my Fiancee that were written in Spanish and didn't translate them.. I also had include one that she wrote in English so I'm not sure if its required. You may want to ask this question on the board because I'm not 100% sure.

I think you should be ok. I'm not expert on this but I put everything in a binder to make it easier for my to organize. I'll be taking a similar package to our interview in June. I'll also make another video and try to describe my process in great detail to help you and others prepare. This forum has been a great resource and hope to help others with this crazy process.
