Call again at 8pm eastern, sometimes the system will update. If the number is in the system, the automated voice will give you the case number. Did they have both your email addresses when you called? 4-8 weeks is crazy! I doubt it'll take that long. They have to say that, but I don't know if it really takes that long. They told me that too when I called to give them my email.

The same 603 area number that's always busy. I called every day starting the day I got the approved emails from CIS. The waiting game sucks. Thanks for the well wishes. I hope NVC takes good care of us, since CIS most certainly did not!
