Ok so far I thought the case umber is enough but guess then we should add my name as well.The copy of the co sponsor's biographic passport page is enough I assume , correct ? Will let him put the case # + name on all his documents.We will just state it on the cover letter and I will try to get a hold of an operator again to see if they can put a remakr in the case for that.

Well our co sponsor will get his letter of empoyment etc finished and will then express mail it himself so we planned , as that was the infrmation given by the nvy operator too(its possible) I was thinking about putting this info on our cover letter and maybe there barcode cover too so they will know the co sponsor info is following once through.

- Ok so I wont put anything for question 24 as this is my icome here in germany,still have to find a job once papers are through finally.

- Qu. 25 she filed for 2007 too but does not have the transcrip anymore. But since we will not rely on her income I thought it should not be an issue

- Qu. 26 So even with a co sponsor we have to answer this ?

It should not be in issue that we fully rely on our co sponsor income for the I864 correct ? I will apply for jobs once I have my papers and my wife will finish her educational degree so we will have 0 income and assets from her side for this paper.

-Question 22. What can my wife check as a full time student now ? Unemployed and date since she is in school although she worked in between ? She also has a letter from her school.Income will obviously be 0

-24b what we put my income here too as i was counted in the household too ? And if so i will tick e) for me. Or will i just leave that empty fully ?

-Question 25 : We only have the last two years , since we will rely on our co sponsor is it ok to just put 2009+2008 in this field or is it mandantory to put 2007 too ?

-Question 26 , i guess since we will not use them we can leave this empty right ?

- Question 28 : does it make sense to put assets here ? they will not be enough anyway so can we just leave this empty ?

My friend will be our co sponsor and he will mail in his papers directly. Is there anything we need to do so they wont reject our application until his papers are send in ? Or do we just inform them on our cover letter and then they will wiat for his information ? Just do not wnat to risk to get problems.

Just wondering , when you receive the letter they asked for police certificate again ? They already have the original from filing at the nvc befor I thought.

So basically what do you really have to get once you get your interview date ? Get the medical before you go was the only additional work I was thinking of.thx

So they schedule every 2nd week of a month ? So I guess we will not make it for November .Any chance to get an interview by end Dec or beginning of january still , i fthey schedule in DEC ?

What do you all think . Is it ok to mail I864 together with IV package ? As we just received the bill so we could express mail it together but do not wanna cause any problems.

So far our emails where faster than the regular mail we send afterwards to ensure everything works and finally they fixed the wrong DOB in our case too. So we do not wanna make any mistakes but would be nice if we can just use one express mail envelope

Well they told us just go ahead with everything as it might take a few weeks to correct. So I also send the passport copy with the choice of agent for by email again.

Can we go ahead and pay the AOS fee now ?

So do we have to wait to pay the AOS fee until they updated the choice of agent ? We sent it by email and wanted to go ahead to pay the fee. In our case they even got my wife's DOB wrong although its right on all papers(already submitted pasport copy for that)

Well I guess this is a little bit tricky then. She is not born in the US. So I guess we would have to use her passport.But we cannot wait as we will not be in the USA after we are getting married.So we would have to wait about 2 months and we dont want to waste that time.

Ok so we can put her new name before we had everything changed correct ?

Hopefully someone can help with the address question. PO Box seems to be an easy way if that is allowed.

For the petitioner the Passport(full copy) is enough correct ? Cause I keep reading different things about this matter.

For this form I am not 100% sure bout the following questions

2) Adress --> Can we use a PO Box for this ? My fiancee is planning on moving after we filed so it would be better if we could use that right away.If not is the last name on the mail box sufficient or does it have to be the full name( think I read that somewhere)

7) Other names used --> She wants to change her name but we do not know how to handle this.Can we put the new last name before changing it or how does that work in general ?

15) Name and address of prsent employer --> I guess this just has to be answered if workin in the US correct ?

21) last address you lived together --> what do you all put here , I dont think with all the regulations etc that most couples have not been living together before. Do we need to fill something in here at all ?

We are finally preparing all the papers to have everything ready in time. TO make sure everything is correct I would have some questions.

1) Do we need full Names, DOB etc from the parents ?

2) Applicant's employment past 5 years. --> If student should we just stae this here or unemployed ?

3) Applicant's residence past 5 yrs --> IF living with someone just stating this adress , does not have to be an own appartmen/house correct(i.e no bills in own name etc)

In order for my other post not to get way too long I chose a new post and hope this is ok , if not pelase merge.

So after we have received confirmation of USCIS we call NVC to receive our case # and to receive ds 3032-choice of agent(can one fill that out before).

My wife pays the $70 online and as soon as status is paid we print the barcode and send this along with I864(2x including joint sponsor)and the ds-3032 filled out by me. Thats it ,correct ?

So for the form I864 :

- Mailing Address Street Number and Name : I can just put my wife's/relatives mailing address correct ?

- Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit:

a. Enter the number you entered on line 10.

So I just put 1 here although I will put a 1 in c as well ?

-Assets of the principal sponsored immigrant. (Optional)

Does it help any to put my assets in here as they are not US based ? If so can I also put money that I will receive by the end of the year(guaranteed)
