    actually they expedited the case too, an the one from chile is may filer, and that doesnt count, I have hope we see aprils getting the noa2 next week. hopefully,

    My hopes are high too, we just have to extend our patience not to mention we still can't get track our case online because our EAC number is incorrect, but I believe whatever the circumstances maybe GOD will always make a way. So next week NOA 2 please let us have you...

    i think if you are getting the NOA2 now that one should have the correct number on it.

    if it is still wrong then you would have to contact the USCIS to get the correct one. or just wait for it to get to the NVC and then get the NVC ##

    did they say what day they sent the NOA2? give it almost 1 week to arrive by mail.

    Hi thank you for the reply, thats what I am confused right now coz they did not tell us when they sent out the NOA 2 they just said the NOA 2 is on the way.... Haist :(

    We already have our check cashed, but when we got our NOA 1, the EAC number is incorrect, we already called the USCIS regarding this matter and they said they are sending out the correct number but we still did not receive anything and they also said the NOA 2 is on the way but as usual nothing yet is in our hands. Does this affect the processing times? And can I call them on the phone here in the Phils, my husband is so busy at work and whenever he tries to call them at the office, his officemate would interrupt him while on the phone, Is that ok if Ill be the one to call them? And can you please help me with another telephone number I only have the toll free number

    We already have our check cashed, but when we got our NOA 1, the EAC number is incorrect, we already called the USCIS regarding this matter and they said they are sending out the correct number but we still did not receive anything and they also said the NOA 2 is on the way but as usual nothing yet is in our hands.     Now for the long wait of checking the USCIS website everyday for any update. You might get lucky, it took ours only 47 days from the day they received the I-129f Packet I sent.

    Sorry to say, but you're just now to the worst part :( USCIS can just take soooo long. It was 5 months to the day before we got through it. Just hang in there and try to be patient :thumbs: it'll come :)

    I hope we wont get the NOA 1 after five months yet, thats too long. Some got their NOA 1 like after two days the check was cashed. I know it'll come we just have to believe.

    Good preparation and research can go a long way!!!!

    It has been reported many times that stapling anything to USCIS can result in problems (we used clip)...

    On the other hand....NVC tells you to staple things!!!

    Go figure!

    FYI....we put case number on each page of everything we sent!!!!!

    Thanks for the info, we will try to do that as soon as we get the case number or NOA 1, btw do you know whats WAC #?

    probably about a week to 10 days...

    wahh thats so long, we waited long enough for our check to be cashed, anyway thank you so much for the reply po hehehe

    05/05/2010 - Check Cashed

    When we sent out our papers on April 03, we found out that our check was torn apart, it was stapled so that explains why they sent us a envelope to put our new check there and sent it to them again. My question is our check was cashed just today, how many days would we received our NOA 1 from the day the check was cashed. Thanks!

    Using USPS express mail, I sent it to the following address:

    USCIS Lockbox

    Attn: SAI-130

    131 South Dearborn – 3rd Floor

    Chicago, IL 60603-5517

    I sent it on 8th April. I haven't seen cheak that's cashed yet, or not even an email/txt message for the acceptance of I-130 (G-1145 filed).

    Is this the address that you all sent your application to. ?? ??

    Hey saw the March filers one and figured I start the April one. Basically just a post to discuss our newbie journeys for whoever has applied around this time. Here's my story/questions so far:

    Story: I sent out my 130 April 1st and certified it through the post and it wasn't received til the 7th :-P My USCIS center is California and I'm still waiting on my NOA1. It has been 9 days :-( Hopefully I'll get it in the mail today! I've noticed it takes 7-12 days, so I'm still expecting to wait a little bit before freaking out.

    Question: If my wait for the NOA1 passes the average wait time how do I contact USCIS without a receipt number. I just tried calling and they wanted me to enter a receipt number which is found on this form that I don't have yet. Also, has anyone else been waiting a little longer than usual??

    We sent our application on April 3, we still did not receive our NOA 1 until now haist!

    Hello I found this info in a certain site, when I was trying to search for CFO Cebu City Office address...I visited the CFO website but I didn't see any posting of the change of address of Cebu City CFO office, I am just wondering if anyone has an idea if the address above is correct, or had anyone in here had been to this place to secure CFO certificate...

    I'd appreciate any info in regards to this matter, thank you.

    Yes id been there last month, that address is where you will have a seminar, and the one on one interview, after that they would give you an attendance certificate then, you will go to the CFO office, it is near at DFA, I think it is Lapu Lapu St., buy you can asked from the St. Mary Euphrasia in charge about the location of the cfo office, i hope this info would help you.
