      hey Don&Rich, i have a question. did you file the I-131 too? i dont know how im suppose to answer the form. and im having a hard time understanding the instructions. i mean, the Part 7 of the form?? i dont know what to write in the intended date of departure??? and what do you write in that essay??? this is so stressful :/ thank you for always helping out :)

      hi, the site where u can see the list is written on the letter that you'll receive from the US Embassy... then you better schedule your interview first by calling the us embassy call center (1-909-101-7878) at P53 per minute... then u can check your appointment at the said list... :)

      yeah, i have... only problem is, i was in a hurry while filling it up so when i printed it out, it had a few mistakes on it... :/ im wondering if its ok to fill up another one perhaps??? will that make any difference??? thanks :)

      yeah i believe they're included with the $215 fee... :) just wanted to make sure i get all the vaccines done in time... :) cause the Hepa B vaccine has 3 shots & each one should be given a month apart... sooo nervous.... :P

      hmmmm, that's really expensive.... how about the medical? are we goin to pay it there at St. Luke's extension? and how abt the vaccines??? i have a record of the ones that i had before i got into 4th yr of med school...
