      I'm not sure either. I emailed the embassy awhile back and asked what specific documents are accepted as supporting evidence for the I-134.

      Their response was

      "Complete form I-134, Tax returns and W2 for 2009 and 2008 followed by your last three pay advice. There is no substitute for these form. The fee should be paid in Jamaica at the National Commercial Bank, Jamaica equivalent in the amount of US$350.00."

    Hey Guys, I am a "newbie" to the site and I have a few questions: I have mailed the papers for my fiance' to sign and awaiting their return so we can submit our I-129f. Can someone give me the contents of their cover letter so I can make sure I have everything. And did anyone submit the FC-029 form?
