We hired a agency to do my wifes paperwork. We were told that my wifes 2 boys could travel at anytime on her k3 visa. Our 2 boys didnt go for the physical or interview. What can we do to correct this? Im being told now they cannot come on her visa. Her visa is good until sep 9 2011. We dont want to adjust her status until we know what we can do as for as the boys are concerned.
