You can travel for a month to Mexico with no problem. You just need your green card and passport.

As for ROC, if your green card expires in Sept. 2013, then you can probably file sometime in June 2013 to get your 10 year green card. You file within the 90 days before your 2 year card expires. Are you sure it expires in September? You got your green card a couple months before my husband got his in May 2011, and his green card expires in May 2013. Your timeline shows you got your green card on March 8, 2011.

You can file for citizenship starting 90 days before you became a permanent resident and having been married to the same USC for 3 years.

My green card expires in September 2013 it will be fine if i go out oss USA for a month?

Dont make the "favor" to your fiancee for bring her in the US.. Find somebody else that is from the same area that you are and like that you dont have to worried for the money that you are going to "give her"if this fail..

If your relation cant work with this LITTLE problems , save your time , dont get married now..

Remmeber now the new system its not doing great in Juarez , so that can be a reason why everything its going slow.. I dont want to be a but if they keep the passport , its not meaning he its aproved.

They are a little more hard with man .. and usually they dont ask you more at the interview.. the decision its pretty much done when you send the first package..

My friend was there 4 days a go .. she have to wait LONG time for the last letter for the "new" way to get it.. It take me 6 months before for get my k1 , to my friend now take 10 months .. they said yes you got it so let see if they are going to send it..

No its not true ,i get my k1 and they told me in the embassy and in the office of DHL the bridge that i should go for k1 , just i was told for not to go there till im going to cross , you dont need to go and stamp the package thats a trick from the taxi drivers and people there , so keep your eyes open , also it was better for us walk the bridge and cheap (for take you to the hotel to the bridge was 20 USD and for cross with you and take you to the airport was 100USD) , the cap leave us in the bridge , we walk and make line.. wait for migration for give you the stamps and thats it! Then my boyfriend (now husband) call a taxi from the airport take us there and was like 10 minutes far.. but remember that the time for cross is different , so dont expect go out fast from there but also you can too

Oh!! And by the way, the 221 usually means that you didn't complete the vaccinations -that you don't need until you adjust status. It means that some documents are missing but if you don't have the vaccination record complete, those are the documents that they refer to. Don't worry, it's approved!!!

K1 dont need to send or show vaccinations.. those as you said its untils the AOS.. so maybe its missing some documents but they will let you know soon, but it cant be because the vaccinations.. at less that you where positive in tuberculosis or something at the medical..

I can send you some links if you want or you can find it your self its even lawyers that do the job for you.. i think in a month or 2 you are free

Sometimes they take wrong the finger prints , it can be that and you have to back to Juarez .. but dont worry , remember everything its new now there and they are confuse of his own system now.. Try to call again thats why everybody here usually said , dont make plans of a wedding until you have the visa on hand..

I feel really strange in USA . . i live alone many years but now its really hard for me..if i want to talk to somebody i cant T_T . .

I find a facebook page of mexicans living in Boston but its hard anyways.. everybody have their own family and life so is not just jumping to have friends and thats it . .

We fight ssometimes because my husband said that i should talk more to people .. now im pregnant and its even harder . .

I understand what she feels.. the only thing that help me was when i back to study korean language on saturdays.. but now im in vacations so im crazy again . .

Its really hard.. and we know its going to be like this when we come to USA but its just something that dont make you feel happy . .

Well . . me too time a go i find that i have vph and in my medical test i told them i dont have nothing.. they even question me why i dont have kids (i was 29 at that time)..

Sorry. Nothing you can do at least till you're a citizen and the wait time is several years. One option might be to get a student visa for her.. but I don't even know if that's possible for high school students. Hopefully someone else can help you.

Unfortunately she DOES have people, her uncles. They might not be nice but they're still her family so the "she doesn't have anyone" thing doesn't work.

I hope you're able to find a solution. Your only choice may be to go back to Mexico to live with your husband if you're really worried about her.
