It was pretty quick. Got NOA2 on April 22nd and on the 26th the case was already sent to Kiev by NVC. Kiev didn't have it in the system until about May 12th. I called on May 13th and got the inteview date of June 16th. Looks like you get an interview about 5-6 weeks after Kiev gets the case in the system.
